HR Recruiter
Location: Greater Noida West| Experience: 5-6 Years

Key Responsibilities
-Hire Blue color employees.
- Attend job fairs, campus drives, and industry events to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct on site interviews, skill assessments, and initial screenings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent for future openings.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage end to end recruitment paperwork (offer letters, background checks, onboarding docs).
- Provide regular hiring updates to the HR team and leadership.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- 2 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a field recruiting component.
- Strong network of contacts in the industry you ll be recruiting for.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Willingness to travel to events and client locations as needed.
