Job Description

Understand manpower needs for Audit, Taxation, Advisory, and other departments.
Prepare job descriptions and source candidates through portals, institutes, referrals, and networks.
Manage hiring forCAs, semi-qualified professionals, and Article Assistants.
Maintain
candidate databases and talent pipelines
for seasonal and recurring requirements.
Screen, interview, and coordinate with Partners/Managers for final selection.
Handleoffer roll-out, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records, MIS, and ensure compliance with ICAI guidelines and labor laws.
Build talent pipelines for audit season and recurring roles.
Supportemployer branding and candidate engagement.
Ensure smooth induction and a positive joining experience.
