Key Responsibilities
- Partner with finance leadership to design people initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and productivity.
- Drive employee engagement programs, recognition platforms, and wellness initiatives in line with business priorities.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in compliance with financial sector guidelines.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning processes.
- Implement performance management frameworks, coaching practices, and learning programs tailored to finance professionals.
- Identify skill gaps and design targeted development initiatives for teams across accounting, treasury, audit, and risk functions.
- Support cultural transformation initiatives aligned with governance, compliance, and ethical practices.
- Act as a change agent during mergers, restructures, or process improvements, ensuring transparent communication and employee buy in.
- Facilitate leadership alignment workshops and team-building interventions.
- Ensure HR policies, compensation structures, and processes meet statutory requirements and financial industry regulations.
- Maintain data integrity, generate analytics, and provide actionable insights to guide people-related decisions.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, legal teams, and finance functions to address employee relations and conflict resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource, Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in HR People operation, preferably within financial services, banking, or fin-tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, and workforce planning.
- Experienced in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
