Purpose of this Position

The responsibiity of the role holder is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products and services to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have vibrant communication skills in global language, a sales-relation mindset.

We are operating across different markets, B2B channels, and areas of expertise. You can bring the prospects insight and reaching new clients, markets, and celebrations to help us achieve our growth potential.

Key Responsibilities included

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Contribute to lead genaration with team collaboration.
• Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system and spreadsheets.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/ BBA or equivalent.
• Proven experience in core Sales or similar role (2-3 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry).
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of the finance industry.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
