Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Executive

to manage the complete employee lifecycle and support end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience with exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (80%)

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, internal transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update HRIS data, employee records, and ensure 100% data accuracy.
  • Drive payroll inputs, leave & attendance management, benefits administration, and support statutory compliance processes.
  • Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances with a solution-oriented and empathetic approach.
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition, and cultural initiatives.

Talent Acquisition (20%)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closure of roles.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Working understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS tools.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Graduation is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations with exposure to recruitment (must-have).
  • Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is a nice-to-have.
