HR Operations Executive

Job Description: As an HR Operations Executive (Fresher) at our Ambernath facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in end-to-end onboarding and exit processes. - Maintaining employee records and HR documentation (physical & digital). - Supporting attendance management, leave tracking, and daily HR operations. - Coordinating with various departments for smooth HR functioning. - Helping in preparation of HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.). - Handling employee queries professionally and escalating when required. - Assisting in recruitment support tasks like scheduling interviews. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR processes. Qualifications Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word mandatory). - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment. - Time management and multitasking abilities.
