Job Description: HR Operations & Payroll ExecutiveLocation: Visnagar, Gujarat Shift Timings: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and accurate payroll generation. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with HR operations, documentation, compliance, and coordination with employees working in international time zones (US Shift). Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage complete employee onboarding & offboarding processes. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation. Handle offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, agreements, and other HR formalities. Maintain attendance, leave records, shift rosters, and employee data accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow (IT, admin, compliance). Address employee queries professionally and ensure quick resolution. Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidates when required. Payroll Management Prepare, verify, and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain timesheets, deductions, bonus/variable components, reimbursements, incentives, etc. Ensure compliance with company payroll policies and statutory requirements. Coordinate with finance for monthly payout and reconciliations. Generate payroll MIS reports and dashboards. Compliance & Documentation Ensure HR policies, attendance rules, and compliance guidelines are followed. Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information. Assist in internal audits and documentation checks. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and/or payroll processing (preferred). Strong knowledge of HR processes, attendance systems, and payroll tools. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English). Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational ability.
