Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle onboarding activities: documentation, background verification, induction coordination, IT asset requests, and HRMS creation.
  • Support offboarding processes: exit interviews, clearance workflows, final settlement coordination, and exit data tracking.
  • Maintain employee files, digital records, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage HRMS updates (attendance, leave management, organization changes).
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (leave, attendance issues, variable data, shift allowances, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as applicable (PF, ESI, gratuity).
  • Prepare HR letters: offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, transfer letters.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, festival celebrations, and team events.
  • Support employee communication, pulse surveys, feedback tracking, and action plans.
  • Provide frontline HR support to employees for queries related to policies, leave, and benefits.

4. Performance Management Support

  • Coordinate appraisal cycle timelines, reminders, and system updates.
  • Maintain performance data and support HRBPs during review cycles.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, joining dashboards, HR metrics).
  • Track probation, confirmation due dates, contract renewals, and escalations.
  • Generate reports required for audits and leadership reviews.

6. Policy Administration

  • Ensure all HR policies are communicated, implemented, and adhered to across teams.
  • Recommend operational improvements and ensure process accuracy and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations / HR shared services, preferably in an IT or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HRMS tools, and basic labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HR dashboards, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work with tight timelines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.

Education

  • Bachelors degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
