Experience -15+ years Location - Pune Mode of Work - Office Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days Job Description Responsibilities & Duties: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust backend solutions using .NET Core (C#, .NET 5+), with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Develop and manage the architecture for RESTful Web APIs, ensuring seamless communication between services and third-party systems. Ensure that SQL solutions are optimized for performance and scalability, overseeing complex database design and performance tuning. Provide technical leadership in microservices architecture, helping the team build scalable and modular solutions. Guide team members in the implementation of best practices, design patterns (e.g., SOLID), and coding standards to ensure maintainable and high-quality code. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and lead the technical execution of projects. Manage the teams workflow, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Facilitate code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and promoting knowledge sharing within the team. Act as the point of contact for resolving technical blockers, providing guidance on complex problems, and making decisions on key technical challenges. Take ownership of the software development life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with business goals. Actively participate in people management by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions with team members. Build and maintain a strong team culture, fostering continuous learning and skill development within the team. Manage and enforce high standards for documentation, ensuring that code, architecture, and processes are well-documented for future reference. Leverage Azure Cloud Services for deploying, scaling, and managing applications, and ensure cloud-native patterns are adhered to. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to improve team efficiency and the quality of the software delivered. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role where you were responsible for managing a team and project deliverables. Technical Skills: Expertise in .NET Core (C#, .NET 5+) and SQL, with experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning. • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and deploying solutions in Azure cloud. • Proven track record in building and managing RESTful APIs and backend services. • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices for building maintainable software. • Familiarity with Angular or other frontend frameworks is a significant plus. • Proficiency in version control (e.g., Git) and modern development tools.
