Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer Required Experience: 5-8 years Location: Pune, MH Work Mode: 5 days Work from office Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications and services using .NET Core , C# , and related technologies. Solution Design: Collaborate with team members to define software requirements and design efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions. API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs , integrating with various services and databases to provide seamless functionality. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices . Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing , troubleshoot, and debug applications to ensure high-quality, error-free software. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, responsiveness, and scalability while adhering to security best practices . Collaboration: Participate in code reviews , collaborate with team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end users when needed. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a .NET Core Developer or in a similar software development role. Core Technologies: Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Core framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles. Database Knowledge: Experience with relational database technologies such as SQL Server , MySQL , and familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework . API Development: Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with web services. Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN . Agile Development: Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges. Front-End Knowledge (Optional): A good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure , AWS ) is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .
