The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of product development processes.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Utilize strong Core PD knowledge to guide the team in best practices and methodologies.Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Mandatory Skills:Strong Core Product Development (Core PD) knowledge and experience.Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional growth.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.If you are a passionate leader with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence in product development, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
