Job Description

As a mid-level HR professional in Jaipur, your role will involve hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards, proficiency in HRMS, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, expertise in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, you should have 2-5 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles and Employee Relations. - Conducting or acquiring background checks and employment eligibility verifications - Preparing paperwork and facilitating smooth new hire onboarding processes - Coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless first-day experience for new employees - Conducting employee onboarding and organizing training & development initiatives - Providing support to employees on HR-related topics like leaves and compensation - Resolving any arising issues - Maintaining employee files and records in both electronic and paper form - Assisting in the communication and interpretation of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart - Contributing to policy development - Monitoring internal HR systems and databases - Recommending new software for personnel needs - Completing HR operational requirements - Utilizing HRMS and Recruitment Marketing tools Your qualifications should include a Post-Graduate Degree in HR as a mandatory requirement and a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant HR experience. This is a full-time on-site position in Jaipur, offering a salary commensurate with your experience and skills.,
