Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Training to lead and oversee the training operations at our Madurai center. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, executing, and continuously improving comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the organization s strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build a learning culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective training strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives. Lead the design and delivery of training modules focusing on technical, leadership, and soft skills. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions. Build and manage a high-performance training team, providing mentorship and development opportunities. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement. Incorporate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness. Partner with external training providers and educational institutions for content development and delivery.
