Job Title: Trainer Head – PATH Program

Role Overview:

As Trainer Head, you will lead and oversee the training operations for PATH across India, with a base in Lucknow. This role requires a strong academic background, proven leadership in teacher training, and the ability to mentor and manage a team of trainers. You will play a pivotal role in scaling PATH pedagogy, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and building partnerships with education leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of teacher training programs nationwide.
• Mentor and supervise a team of trainers to ensure impactful delivery.
• Drive capacity-building workshops for educators, principals, and education officials.
• Oversee classroom implementation and monitor training effectiveness through data-driven tools (HiPATH app, OMR sheets, etc.).
• Collaborate with state education departments, school leaders, and partner organizations.
• Ensure alignment of all training initiatives with PATH’s vision and pedagogy.
• Represent PATH in national and international education forums as needed.
• Contribute to academic content development and continuous improvement of training modules.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background: Master’s in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in teacher training, educational leadership, or pedagogy design.
• Proven experience working with top education organizations, government programs, or large-scale projects.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Deep understanding of student-centric pedagogy and foundational literacy & numeracy.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools and data-driven monitoring.
• Open to extensive travel across India.
