Key Responsibilities · Conduct outreach visits to schools and engage with educational leaders, principals, and school heads in meaningful conversations to encourage the adoption of our pedagogy and convert schools into PATH schools. · Deliver interactive classroom demonstrations and support teachers in effectively using the PATH pedagogy. · Assist in designing and facilitating teacher training sessions to strengthen teaching practices. · Build strong educational partnerships by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and guiding schools through the process of adopting the PATH approach. · Connect with booksellers and other educational stakeholders to take our pedagogy and transform education. · Collaborate closely with school leaders, education officers, and community stakeholders to create sustainable impact and host townhall events. · Travel extensively to implement, monitor, and expand the reach of PATH programs. · Report to the reporting head.
