Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall

  training strategy

  for sales, operations, and support teams within the Life Insurance vertical.
• Design and deliver

  product, process, and behavioral training

  modules aligned with business goals.
• Drive

  sales productivity

  through effective onboarding, field training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the training team across multiple regions and ensure consistent quality delivery.
  
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  
• Establish and monitor

  training metrics

  to measure effectiveness and ROI of programs.
• Ensure compliance with

  IRDAI training requirements

  and maintain accurate training records.
• Develop e-learning and digital training interventions to support hybrid and scalable learning environments.
  
• Drive leadership and soft skills development programs for mid- and senior-level managers.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve the training strategy.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of

  Life Insurance products, processes, and distribution channels

  .
• Strong experience in

  sales training, onboarding, and performance enhancement programs

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in execution.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
  
• Exposure to

  digital learning platforms

  and

  training automation tools

  preferred.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  
• Certification in Training & Development or Learning & Performance (ISTD, NHRD, etc.) will be an added advantage.

• Experience:

  10-12 years in

  Life Insurance Training & Development

  .

• Industry:

  Only candidates from the

  Life Insurance sector

  will be considered.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale training programs and managing multi-location training teams.
