Oversee day-to-day operations of persistency, policy renewals, and premium collections.
Manage and optimize call centre operations to ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve policy retention and collection efficiency.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards as per IRDAI guidelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service for seamless process flow.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing operations unit.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of insurance operations, especially in
persistency, collections, and customer service
.
Proven experience managing large teams and call centre processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/Insurance management tools.

Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred specialization in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field).
Relevant certifications in insurance operations will be an added advantage.
