Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support in performance management and data-related tasks in Excel
Assist the HR Operations team with various operational activities
Contribute to activities related to the HR Generalist function

Eligibility:

MBA HR freshers
Dual specialization: HR + Marketing can be considered
HR + Finance will not be considered
Strong knowledge of Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and good PPT skills
Excellent communication skills
Energetic and proactive attitude

Work Details:

Shift timing: 2 PM 11 PM (extendable as needed)
Hybrid mode: 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday)
No cab facility
Contract for 3 months
will be considered for on role based on the performance

Stipend: 20,000
