Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Operations Executive with 1 year of experience to manage daily HR operational activities during night shift hours. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to handle end-to-end HR processes, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmations, and exit processes.
  
• Maintain employee data, HRIS updates, and personnel records with accuracy.
  
• Work on payroll input preparation, attendance management, and leave reconciliation.
  
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits during night shift support hours.
  
• Assist with statutory compliance tasks such as PF, ESIC, and other regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  
• Partner with internal teams for IT access, ID card creation, and asset coordination.
  
• Support night-shift employees with timely HR operations assistance.
  
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1 year of experience in HR Operations or similar HR role.
  
• Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and statutory compliance.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR management tools.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
  
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
