Experience - 5+ years Location - Pune Mode of Work - Office Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days Job Description Were looking for a visionary and hands-on UX/UI Lead to guide the design and user experience strategy across our SaaS platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process, ensuring that every client touchpoint is intuitive, consistent, and satisfaction-driven. You will lead UX discovery, mentor other designers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences that align with client needs and company goals. Key Responsibilities • Own and lead the UX/UI design strategy for multiple products and features, with a deep focus on enhancing client satisfaction and usability. • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define UX goals, design KPIs, and success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., NPS, user adoption). • Conduct and oversee user research, interviews, persona development, and usability testing to drive empathetic, evidence-based design. • Translate complex workflows and user needs into simple, elegant solutionsthrough wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. • Build and maintain a scalable design system and ensure consistent design language across all products. • Provide design leadership, mentorship, and quality control across the design team, raising the overall UX bar. • Partner with client-facing teams (Customer Success, Support, Implementation) to understand client pain points and translate them into design improvements. • Advocate for user-centered design across the company and represent the voice of the client in strategic discussions. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role, ideally in a SaaS environment. • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in product design, user experience thinking, and measurable impact on client satisfaction or retention. • Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Strong background in usability testing, user research, and accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG). • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority. • Experience working in Agile product development cycles and collaborating closely with engineering teams. Preferred Skills • Experience in healthcare SaaS or other regulated industries. • Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus. • Proficiency in analytics tools like Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics to inform UX decisions. • Ability to translate qualitative insights and user research into strategic design plans.
