Hiring: HR Analyst- Operations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures
• Manage end-to-end HR operations processes (hire to retire), including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding

HR Systems & Data Management

• Manage and update HR software systems (HRIS) to ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Assist with payroll processing, including data collection, validation, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Leave & Attendance

• Ensure 100% compliance with the online attendance system.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR processes.

HR Projects/Process Improvements

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement the best practices and streamline HR operations.

HR Reporting & Analytics

• Collect, generate, and analyze HR data on key metrics like attendance, leaves, attrition, and headcount to support data-driven decision-making and enhance HR strategies

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate/ MBA with 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a HR Shared Services function
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), payroll processing, and labor laws
• Proficiency in HR software and strong MS Office skills (Proficiency in Excel is a must)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and problem-solving in HR operation.
