PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Manage core HR operations with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring smooth coordination across payroll, compliance, and employee processes.
• Execute end-to-end payroll activities, validate monthly inputs, resolved errors, and ensured timely disbursement of salaries.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to auditor queries, and maintaining up-to-date compliance reports.
• Automate HR processes by leveraging HRIS tools and workflow automation, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time
• Ensure accuracy of HR documentation and employee data across the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
• Generate MIS dashboards and compliance summaries to aid leadership decision-making and strengthen governance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and employees for timely resolution of HR-related queries and escalations.
• Strengthen SOPs and identify gaps in HR processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
• To oversee rewards, recognition, and staff welfare schemes to enhance employee experience.
• Partner with Finance on HR budgeting, FTE planning, and manpower cost allocation.
• Manage employee onboarding, transfers, and internal movements, ensuring smooth transition and closure of dues in previous entities.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations, salary fitments, reimbursements, vendor invoice management, and statutory submissions with 100% accuracy & on-time delivery.
• Build reporting frameworks and HR dashboards for management, supporting workforce planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
