Role Overview

HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
  • Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, and workforce metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with TA, L&D, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong experience in HR operations, HRIS tools, payroll coordination, and compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • SaaS/B2B experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • MBA (Full-Time Regular) Mandatory

  • Experience:

    2-4 years in HR Operations (adjust as needed)

Candidate Preference

  • Gurgaon-based candidates preferred
