Your Role: Strategic & Operational HR Leadership

• Partner with business heads to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention across levels.
• Foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and growth.
• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR financial processes.
• Continuously improve HR systems and compliance frameworks.

What You Bring:

✔ Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably Female candidates)

✔ Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions

✔ Fluency in Tamil & English

✔ Leadership, empathy, and excellent organizational skills
