HR Manager – Job Role

Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Support management with HR advisory services and workforce strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor law, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
Problem-solving mindset with organizational and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualities:

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
