Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity within the organization.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees to enhance their skills and growth opportunities.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a related field (FMCG ,Advertising industry preferred).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures; knowledge of statutory compliances under various labor laws.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels; ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
