HR Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and field roles
• Handle onboarding, induction, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants for HR-related regulations
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Support department heads with manpower planning and workforce coordination
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation
• Drive employee engagement, discipline, and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification:

  Post Graduation (MBA/PG in HR preferred)

• Experience:

  Minimum

  3+ years

  in HR management or HR generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR operations and people management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
