Accounts Manager / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, billing, and vouchers.
Handle GST, TDS, and Taxation related compliance, returns, and filings.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP.
Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Support management in financial planning and budgeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
3 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, and taxation laws.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
