Site Coordinator

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations related to cranes, AWPs, and logistics equipment
• Act as a point of contact between the site, operators, vendors, and the office team
• Monitor deployment, movement, and availability of machines at the site
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, work permits, and site protocols
• Assist in site documentation, daily reports, and basic operational records
• Support supervisors and project managers in the smooth execution of activities
• Report site issues, delays, or requirements to the concerned department
• Coordinate with drivers/operators for timely reporting and task execution

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification:

  Graduation (any stream)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle multiple stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of reporting (Excel/WhatsApp/email updates)
• Willingness to work in field conditions
