You will be responsible for ensuring that project execution meets engineering standards, safety protocols, and timelines. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising on-site activities, managing contractors and labor teams, conducting daily inspections, and collaborating with project managers and engineering teams. You will also be accountable for maintaining records, overseeing installation and testing processes, and troubleshooting operational issues. To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in site coordination, preferably in water treatment projects. Proficiency in handling piping, valves, instrumentation, and pump systems is essential, along with knowledge of HSE regulations and safety practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills are also required. Experience with EPCM projects or O&M of STP/ETP/RO systems is preferred, as well as familiarity with local regulatory requirements for water systems. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary, and knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
