Job Description

Tathastu is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong generalist profile to oversee all aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads at all site to ensure workforce planning aligns with business needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
  • Foster a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company values and policies.

3. Performance Management & Training: Drive performance appraisal processes and ensure effective goal setting and feedback mechanisms.

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to develop training programs.
  • Conduct workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.

4. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.

  • Maintain HR documentation, employee handbook, employee records, contracts, and policies.
  • Manage payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.

5. Organizational Development & Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Drive succession planning and career development programs to nurture internal talent.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in HR

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an HR generalist role, in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Tally Prime and MS Office applications.
