We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join our team at Yogi Chowk, Surat. If you’ve handled hiring, HR policies, team engagement, and understand the IT workspace—this role’s for you.
You’ll step in as the go-to HR person, managing our team of 10+ people and helping us grow faster with structure, systems, and energy. You’ll have ownership from Day 1 — and your ideas will directly shape our company culture.
Job Title: HR Manager (IT Background Preferred)
Location: Yogi Chowk, Surat
Salary: based on experience or Previous Salary Profile
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in HR (IT/Tech preferred)
Joining: Immediate or within 1 week
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Documentation:
Create and manage employee policy manual, NDA, contracts, offer letters, experience letters, and exit process.
Set up attendance tracking, leave management, and daily reporting systems.Design reporting templates and SOPs for day-to-day and new processes.Regularly update and improve all internal HR documentation.
Recruitment & Team Building:
Build and hire the core team (Sales, Developers, Back Office) in a structured, budget-conscious way.
Use smart sourcing channels for hiring across technical, admin, and sales roles.Handle end-to-end recruitment: role definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.Test and validate candidates’ soft and hard skills (typing speed, dev assessments, sales calls).
Performance & Productivity:
Track team performance weekly, monthly, and annually.
Conduct weekly reviews, feedback sessions, and implement reward systems.Identify underperformers early and work on improvement plans.Train WFH or freelance candidates when needed.
Culture & Engagement:
Plan team engagement activities like birthday celebrations, Friday lunch orders, or monthly games.
Create a professional and respectful work environment.Take regular feedback from employees and improve workplace culture.Manage brand’s social media HR pages and coordinate with internal teamMust-Have Skills
Good command over HR documentation & compliance
Experience hiring across IT, sales, and admin rolesFamiliarity with performance evaluation, onboarding, and employee retentionBasic understanding of Google Sheets, MS Excel, or HR toolsFluent in Hindi and English for communication & interviews

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
