About Us:

set up and lead the HR department from scratch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish HR policies, systems, and employee handbook.
  • Manage recruitment and manpower planning for office and plants.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act, labour laws).
  • Build performance appraisal and employee development systems.
  • Drive training programs with focus on

    safety and skill development

  • Create employee engagement and grievance redressal processes.
  • Build and lead the HR team over time.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of HR experience in

    manufacturing/engineering/steel/automotive

    sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law compliance and factory HR practices.
  • Experience in

    setting up or revamping HR functions

    in a mid-sized company.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with top management and plant operations.
