Roles and Responsibilities Design solar structures, including ground mount projects, using AutoCAD software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop structural designs for solar projects. Conduct site visits to inspect existing steel structures and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop detailed drawings and documentation for structural components, such as beams, columns, and foundations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the design process.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to set up and lead the HR department from scratch . Key Responsibilities: Establish HR policies, systems, and employee handbook. Manage recruitment and manpower planning for office and plants. Handle payroll, attendance, compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act, labour laws). Build performance appraisal and employee development systems. Drive training programs with focus on safety and skill development . Create employee engagement and grievance redressal processes. Build and lead the HR team over time. Requirements: 7-12 years of HR experience in manufacturing/engineering/steel/automotive sector. Strong knowledge of labour law compliance and factory HR practices. Experience in setting up or revamping HR functions in a mid-sized company. Excellent people management and communication skills.
