KK Swara Healthcare Private Limited is a fast-growing multi-speciality hospital committed to delivering excellence in healthcare. To strengthen our core team, we are looking for an HR Manager.


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to lead our human resources function in a multi-specialty hospital setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the hospital's mission, vision, and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR strategies with the hospital's overall mission, vision, and goals.

2. Create and implement HR policies and procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.

3. Conduct workforce planning: Analyze workforce trends, identify gaps, and develop plans to address them.


Recruitment and Talent Management:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Attract, select, and hire top talent to meet the hospital's staffing needs.

2. Manage the onboarding process: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, providing necessary training and support.

3. Develop and implement talent development programs: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.


Employee Engagement and Relations:

1. Foster a positive work environment: Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.

2. Manage employee relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

3. Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs: Recognize and reward employees for their contributions and achievements.


Benefits Administration and Compensation:

1. Develop and implement benefits programs: Design and administer benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and the hospital.

2. Manage compensation programs: Develop and implement compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the hospital's goals.

3. Ensure compliance with benefits and compensation regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.


Risk Management and Compliance:

1. Identify and mitigate risks: Identify potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and other relevant regulations.

3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

2. 5+ years of experience in HR: Proven experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.

3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including labor laws and accreditation standards.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

5. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR): Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is preferred.
