Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the human resources function in a multi-specialty hospital setting, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the hospital's mission, vision, and goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the hospital's mission, vision, and goals. - Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment. - Conducting workforce planning to analyze trends, identify gaps, and develop plans to address them. - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. - Managing the onboarding process for new employees. - Developing talent development programs to identify training needs and evaluate their effectiveness. - Fostering a positive work environment by promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity. - Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Developing employee recognition and reward programs to acknowledge contributions and achievements. - Developing benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and the hospital. - Managing compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the hospital's goals. - Ensuring compliance with benefits and compensation regulations. - Identifying and mitigating risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Ensuring compliance with HR-related regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards. - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
