Job Description: As an HR Manager at KK Swara Healthcare Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading the human resources function within a multi-specialty hospital setting. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the hospital's mission and goals. - Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment. - Conducting workforce planning to address any gaps in staffing needs. In terms of Recruitment and Talent Management, you will be responsible for: - Attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the hospital's staffing requirements. - Managing the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition. - Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. For Employee Engagement and Relations, your duties will include: - Fostering a positive work environment based on respect, empathy, and inclusivity. - Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions and achievements. In Benefits Administration and Compensation, you will: - Design and administer benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and the hospital. - Develop and implement compensation programs that are competitive and aligned with the hospital's goals. - Ensure compliance with benefits and compensation regulations to adhere to relevant laws and standards. Your qualifications for this role should include: - A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is preferred.
