Job Description: HR Manager ( Male and Female Both )

Experience: 4–7 Years Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000k ( Depends Upon Interview. Location: [Ramesh Nagar] Industry: Tiles & Sanitaryware / Retail

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, attendance & payroll coordination, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full recruitment cycle – job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
• Maintain updated manpower plans for showroom, warehouse, and office teams.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, late coming, and maintain proper HR records.
• Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

3. HR Operations & Policies

• Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company rules.

4. Training & Development

• Identify training needs of staff and arrange internal or external training sessions.
• Track performance and help managers with appraisal processes.

5. Employee Engagement

• Plan activities, events, and engagement programs to improve employee morale.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee turnover.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labour compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in retail, tiles, sanitaryware, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
