This role involves recruiting skilled workers for various international destinations, including Dubai, Japan, Australia, Europe, the UK, and other GCC countries.You will also have the opportunity for international knowledge travel within the next three months, the company will provide you a oppurtunity to travel abroad and work closely with international team Additionally, you will work closely with educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate companies, both nationally and internationally.
HR Manager/Associates will support core HR functions
across Documentation, Payroll, Operations, and Training. Responsibilitiesinclude:
Maintain comprehensive employee files
including contracts, onboarding documents, performance records, and exit forms.
Support payroll processes by collecting
attendance data and responding to queries related to payslips and statutorydeductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
Assist with HRMS record-keeping, employee
onboarding, issuing offer/confirmation/exit letters, and coordinating BGV.
Use tools like Google Workspace, Canva,
WhatsApp Double Tick, Systeme.io, Razorpay, and Immigration CRM fordocumentation, communication, and coordination.
Assist in organizing employee engagement
activities, events, and training programs.
Design visually appealing reports,
infographics, and training materials.
Track training metrics, compliance
documentation, and feedback reporting.

Pay: ₹10,297.59 - ₹32,861.83 per month
