Job Description

Candidates with Civil experience in HR only apply Key Responsibilities: Expert in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support onboarding and orientation of new employees. Expert in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines. Pro in drafting and processing HR-related documents Complete knowledge of implementing and enforcing company policies and compliance regulations for civil construction. Coordinate with different departments for employee engagement activities. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of labour laws, employee rights, and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
