HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Female HR Manager with 1.5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage a small HR team, and ensure smooth execution of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Management & HR Operations:

• Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Oversee general HR functions including attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

HR Administration & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.

Performance Management:

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and training & development initiatives.
• Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Female Candidate are preferred.
• 1.5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience in team handling, attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
