HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager who can drive people strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to support our rapid growth. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building HR systems from the ground up while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Design and execute recruitment strategy to attract top talent in sales, operations, design, and manufacturing support.

• Build relationships with institutes, job portals, and recruitment agencies.

• Develop JD templates, hiring workflows, and onboarding systems.

2. Performance & Growth Management

• Implement KPIs & OKRs across departments aligned with company targets.

• Drive quarterly performance reviews with measurable outcomes.

• Build succession planning for key leadership roles.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

• Draft HR manuals, employee handbooks, and SOPs.

• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.

• Establish robust attendance, leave, and payroll systems.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Create a positive work culture aligned with speed, accountability, and innovation.

• Plan employee welfare, recognition programs, and retention strategies.

• Act as the bridge between management and employees.

5. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and arrange internal/external training.

• Build a learning roadmap for managers and staff to meet 2030 growth plans.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in textiles, FMCG, or manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and modern HR tech tools (HRMS/ATS).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
