Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR operations aligned with the organizations vision and business goals.
  • Lead HR initiatives that drive productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement leadership development and training programs to build internal talent pipelines.
  • Manage competency mapping and ensure effective utilization of human capital across business units.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Build a positive and inclusive workplace culture by driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management for conflict resolution and grievance handling.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:

  • Design and manage compensation structures and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct periodic HR audits and risk assessments to ensure best practices.

HR Analytics & Systems:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve workforce planning, retention, and performance management.
  • Implement and optimize HRMS tools for process automation and efficiency.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior HR staff, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Promote accountability, innovation, and teamwork within the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, KEKA, Zoho People, etc.) and HR analytics.
