Job Description

Roles & Responsibilites :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Workforce planning and hiring as per business needs
  • Managing job postings, interviews, and selection processes
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies and job portals
  • Onboarding and induction of new employees

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Implementing employee engagement programs
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions
  • Organizing team-building activities and cultural events

3. Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Managing salary structures, bonuses, and incentives
  • Handling statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS)

4. Compliance & Labor Laws

  • Ensuring compliance with

    Indian labour laws

    (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.) and MPCB.
  • Handling statutory filings (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Managing employee contracts, policies, and legal documentation

5. Training & Development

  • Identifying skill gaps and training needs
  • Organizing learning and development programs
  • Conducting leadership and soft skills training sessions

6. Performance Management

  • Implementing

    KPI-based

    performance appraisal systems
  • Conducting annual and mid-year performance reviews
  • Providing feedback and career development plans for employees

7. HR Policies & Process Implementation

  • Developing and updating HR policies as per industry standards
  • Ensuring all employees adhere to company rules and policies
  • Handling disciplinary actions and terminations when required

8. Employee Benefits & Welfare

  • Managing insurance policies (health, life, accident)
  • Handling leaves, attendance, and work-from-home policies
  • Overseeing employee wellness programs

9. Workforce Planning & Retention

  • Analyzing attrition trends and implementing retention strategies
  • Conducting exit interviews and improving employee retention plans
  • Workforce restructuring if required

10. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintaining HR dashboards and reports
  • Analyzing workforce data for strategic decision-making
  • Reporting to senior management on HR metrics

Qualifications, Skills and other requirements :

  • Masters in PM/ MBA in HRM
  • Additional qualification of DLL & LW preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing sector with the company having turnover of 150-250 Cr and total employee strength of 200 - 300 employees.
  • Must have good connect with Factory Office , Labour office and MPCB.
  • Must have strong IR background.
  • Must be staying within a distance of 15 - 30 kms from MIDC Ranjangaon
  • Location -AT MIDC Ranjangaon.
