We are seeking a highly experienced and self-reliant Vertical Machining Center (VMC) Operator with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on expertise to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must be a complete master of the VMC workflow, capable of autonomously handling CNC program development and editing (G-code/M-code) , performing complex job setups and tooling , running production, and ensuring all parts meet stringent quality standards using GD&T and precision measuring tools. A critical requirement for this role is the ability to perform independent troubleshooting and basic autonomous machine maintenance to sustain operational efficiency. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary, and all approved overtime will be compensated separately from the standard pay structure.
