We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist who understands the dynamics of a manufacturing unit. Your primary goal will be to source and hire skilled labor (fitters, machinists, turners, etc.) and ensure the shop floor operates smoothly. You will be the bridge between management and workers, ensuring discipline, safety, and productivity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
