Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager based in Panchkula to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with human resources information systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
