Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented operator to manage the Bobst Novacut E punching machine (2025 model). The ideal candidate will be responsible for Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate the Bobst Novacut die-cutter for various production runs Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Ensure accurate job changeovers and repeatability using the machine’s automation features Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications Maintain production logs and report any deviations or downtime Collaborate with the quality control and maintenance teams to optimize output Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Bobst or similar die-cutting machines Strong understanding of folding carton materials such as paperboard, corrugated board, and semi-rigid plastics Familiarity with machine automation, safety protocols, and quality control standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job orders Physically fit to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications: Certification in machine operations or packaging technology Experience with Bobst tooling and maintenance procedures Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S practices Work Environment: Fast-paced production floor Shift-based work schedule may apply Warmly Reg.
