Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor sales representatives, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their targets. Channel Sales Management Coordinated and grow channel sales of our products. Appoint new Channel Sales partners and nurture them Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide accurate reports to management. Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business growth. Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Focus on building customer loyalty through excellent service and support. Sales Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
