Job Description – Hiring Manager

Job Title: Hiring Manager Location: Gurugram, Sector 18/21A Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office Salary Range: Up to 9lpa Experience Required: 5–7 years overall experience (with minimum 2–3 years in a Hiring Manager role)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment operations. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle across multiple functions, with a strong focus on bulk BPO & sales hiring as well as white-collar and blue-collar recruitment. The role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, selection, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

Manage bulk hiring for BPO and sales roles, ensuring closures within agreed SLAs.

Handle recruitment for diverse roles across functions – from entry-level to mid-senior positions.

Build strong partnerships with business leaders to forecast hiring requirements and design recruitment strategies.

Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.

Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear performance targets.

Manage external recruitment partners, consultants, and job portal subscriptions.

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, labor laws, and background verification processes.

Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, attrition trends) through MIS dashboards.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5–7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2–3 years in a Hiring Manager role.

Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success in bulk hiring for BPO/sales and experience across white-collar and blue-collar hiring.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

o

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

o

Proficiency in MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine).
